Legal Question in Business Law in New York

I want to have a slogan on my business card. You have problems? We have solutions! the only thing I am worried is that people might interpret that as false advertisement since we really don't have solutions to every problem. How will this stand int e court of law. What can i use to protect my self

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answers. Think about "You're In Goods Hands With Allstate" for example, a similar statement that never created a problem. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
