Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York
I have had my ID taken and used for for the purchase of four autos. They where insured and registered in my name without my knowing. I have been in touch with the Dept. of Motor Vehicle And they informed me that I should File a civil suite. What are the steps I need to take ??
