entrapment

Can a government official coerce someone to entrape someone else.

in order to make an arrest.

Secondly can the person be charged if a third party was coerced by police.

P.S. my landlord entered my privately locked room and gave police what he believed to be illegal i was charged with a serious crime, was my fourth ammendment rights violated, can or sure my charges be dismissed.

Your question leaves a lot to be desired but as far as I can figure it out:

1 the government may not entrap people into committing crime. The word has a specific meaning however and you may not be using it correctly here.

2. A lawyer would have to look into the facts of the case but generally the police cannot without a warrant go into someone's home by having a landlord let them in. It sounds like you might have a 4th amendment violation but it will depends on the facts and circumstances of your case.
