Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York

My 2009 Mini cooper was taken to the dealership for an oil change and to get the timing chain replaced due to a recall. A little over a month later, I had to take it back to the same dealership with rattling noises and shaking. The engine was damaged beyond repair and they are not willing to take responsibility for any damage they could have caused or neglected to find when I took it in for service the first time. What are my legal options now, and what type of lawyer should I be consulting with?

You should seek the advice of an automotive expert who can tie the damage to faulty recall repair. You require a litigation attorney well versed with products liability law. This is not cheap by any stretch.
