Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York

This is Brandy i asked the question earlier about having the title issue, I know that he got the loan thru a car loan company called first one finical corp.... and they are calling want payments or they say they are going to repo the truck... i have the title that was signed over to me by him... when i got the title in the mail there was no lien on it at all it is titled reg and ins to me ... I am not sure what to do as i am a single mother of 3 kids and really need my car

Call the loan company. Ascertain when loan originated and the terms of the loan. There is not much you can do except pay the loan and sue your husband for the balance.
