Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
My credit card is on file at our gym and my son, without my permission signed a contract to have personal training. He went back the next day to cancel it but they refused. Now they started taking money out of my bank account. Am I liable if I did not sign the contract ?

If your son is under age, you may have a prayer. Otherwise, your consent is implied. You may also proceed against your son; I would not recommend.
