can I as a judgment creditor seize my debtors annuities in the state of new york?

Re: annuities

No. Under CPLR 5205(c)(3), an annuity is exempt from a judgment creditor. However, income received by the judgment debtor may be seized (10%) under CPLR 5205(d)(1).
