Colleting on a Judgment

I am trying to collect on a judgment from my former employer. How do I find assets for a company that says it sold the business. Thank you.

Re: Colleting on a Judgment

Was the judgment against a corporation or a person doing business as a company? We may be able to hold the employer personally liable based upon the facts. We will have to see your judgment. Please call us if you have any questions.
