Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York
Jy I was given a court summons by an attorney at work..He asked for my name,asked me to speak in private, hands me the paper waded up into a tiny square then runs out the door? I'm asked to respond in ten days but his summons is dafilted the 18th of Aug filed the 26th and served to me on Sept. 6th....its concerning Med bills..any thoughts on this..anyone?
