Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

My mother opened a cell phone account in my name without my permission as well as bought jewelry in my name and has a cable account in my name then refuses to pay or take responsiblity for it. as well as borrowed 100$ from me with promises to return it then takes an order or protection against me for false claims so i can no long enter the apartment where i live. what can i do?

You might not this, but you should file a report with the police for the fraud, close all accounts, contact the FTC, and the three credit reporting bureaus. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft/consumers/defend.html

You should also sue your mother for the amount charged in your name, the $100, and additional damages and expenses for your ruined credit.

If it's not too late, fight the order of protection.
