non compliance with a decision/order

in 1977 i took out a home improvement loan and out of the proceed i paid off all outstanding debts. in 2002 i went to the bank and attornies involved in the closing some how went to the bank and the bank gave them the money in my account without a court order or any legal procudure to allow me to dispute thier claim and the bank closed my account. i went to civil court with proof that the bill had in fact been paid. they were ordered to repay my money they have so far refused. how can i compell them to return my money. the judge said i had legal recourse to compell them to do so but i dont know what to do. i am unemployed and cant afford an attorney to take the case.

Re: non compliance with a decision/order

You have to provide a better explanation as to (a) who the parties are (b) how much money is involved (c) the documentation you received as a result of your court appearances (d) what closing, which attorneys, what debt did the bank pay, etc., I am guessing that a judgment was entered against you by someone who then enforced it by seizing your bank accounts...suggest you call my office today at 718-788-7825 so we can discuss your case. you need an attorney!
