Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

I ordered Pampered Chef products via a catalog party. The total came to $94.34 but the representative rounded up the order to $95. I just realized this is the second time she has done this. Is this legal?

It may be; the reps may be able to set their own prices by contract with the company.

Even if it's not, is it really worth it to contest the $0.66 you got clipped? It costs about $20 to file a case in small claims court. You'd lose over $19 by contesting the matter just in court fees. Just don't buy again from that rep if you don't like the rounding.
