Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
my daughter has a conditional discharge which is not up until October of 2015.she is currently in school taking a course.the teacher told her she cant finish school until her conditional discharge is up.i was wondering if there is a process like a pardon or a request to purge her conditional discharge that she could do? hopefully so she can stay in school and finish her course so she don't have to leave now and come back next year??

I have convinced prosecutors to agree to early sealing. That's the only option.
