i have 3 felonys they all got drop down to d's how can i get my security license with these felonys onmy record

It would be shocking if you could.
The only chance you have is if these felonies were disposed of on the same day and in the same court. Then you maybe eligible for a Certificate of Relief from Civil Disabilities.
Your application for same will be anything but routine. I would urge you to get a copy of your last probation report and see if you have CRCD eligiblity and then I would hire a lawyer to make the application to the court for me. The application should be made in the court you took your plea in.
