Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

procedures

What can I do if I know the jurors convicted someone for killing somebody and that person really didn't? How do I go about proving this to the judge? I was going to wrtie to the Govenor, Congressman and Senator. I don't trust our D.A.'s office they are famous for putting innocent people behind bars. I live in Buffalo, NY, I'm sure you have heard of all the cases. Please adivse as to what I can do.

Thank You

Michele

Re: procedures

BUT some generalized advice and questions would be how do you KNOW the defendant was innocent? did you speak to the DA's office while the case was going on, what was their response?

What evidence did they have against the defendant in this case?

Re: procedures

You can attempt contacting both the attorney for the defendant and the District Attorneys office.
