Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I recently got a public urination ticket (violation 116-118) in New York City. I gave a fake ID, which has my real information except my birthday and my driver's license number. I have a court summons in 2 months, however, I live in California and can not come to court. I asked a police officer and he said to go online to plead guilty and pay a small fine. I looked online and the form said to state my birthday. Should I put the birthday that is one my fake ID and on the summons, or should I put my real birthday? I cannot afford to get a lawyer.

violation 116-118 is not a valid section of the Penal Code. If it is a violation of the New York State Health Code public urination is a misdemeanor. If they are charging you with an Administrative Code violation, then it may not be a crime. You should not plead guilty to anything unless you know exactly how serious the crime is that you are admitting to.
