Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Same room as marijuana

If I was in a room that smelled

heavily of marijuana and the campus

police came in and confiscated less

than .5 of a gram and paraphernalia

but there was no smoking going on

and it was not my room, how should

I handle the situation? I am going to

the police station to talk to them

later today.

You should consult with an attorney. Do not make any statements to the police or anyone else until you have spoken with an attorney about your situation.
