Re: whats the worst?????

Dear Reader:

In examining this response, please note that we are not entering into an attorney/client relationship, that this is to be taken as informative, and not as legal advice, that it is always best to speak to a lawyer in your area and/or in the area where the transaction and/or events occurred, and that my answer is necessarily limited by the fact that I have not seen the documentation or had an opportunity to go over the matters with you in detail.

If you are already in court with this case, then you should ask you lawyer or Legal Aid lawyer for his/her opinion, as he/she is much more familiar with the case, and probably has handled dozens just like it. He/she must communicate with you, though it is not really possible for him/her to make an exact prediction on how it will all turn out.

You will want to ask him/her about whether you are eligible for youthful offender status, and how that usually plays out.

Also, ask him/her if it is appropriate for you to be giving details of the case out over the internet. Probably not.

Good luck to you.
