Re: dui

The car may be seized, you would be best served hiring an attorney

To ensure return of the vehicle, as there are many legal hoops which

Must be jumped.

On a DWI charge alk others in the vehicle should be unaffected but

I have seen cases where multiple individuals are arrested for a single

DWI charge.

Re: dui

Usually the passengers are not affected by the drivers arrest for DWI. If one of the passengers was the owner then the answer may be different. The car may be seized, but unless there was an accident or injury this is also not usual. You should however retain a competent DWI/DUI attorney. Please visit www.nydrunkdrivingdefense.com.
