Legal Question in Family Law in New York

After 7 years of marriage, I learned the man I married has been having an affair with his ex-girlfriend for 5 of those years. I supported him throughout our marriage as he could not hold down a job. He took off but now he wants me tocome back or have me leave the family home. I currently lost my job due to a lay off and cannot just leave. Do I have any rights? Thank you
