If its a final order you may file notice of appeal within 30 days of the order. If its a temporary order of spousal support, meaning your divorce has not yet been finalized, then the answer is likely no. If you entered into an agreement or stipulation and finalized your divorce that way then you still have the right to appeal, but chances of any success are diminished (do to your negotiations and settlement). If the judge ordered spousal support after a hearing (no agreement) you have thirty days to file a Notice of Appeal. Note that the appeal does have to be perfected/completed within 30 days, but you file notice of your intent to appeal. Hope that helps.
