Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Ive ben in a relationship with my fiance for over 7yrs. He lies and cheats. I want out. We have a son together. If I leave can I make him pay for our living expenses since hes been the provider all those yrs? My son and I have nowhere to go and thats the only reason why im still in this relationship

You will be able to get child support but little more, I'm afraid. Palimony is very hard to come by and takes an enormous amount of time and money to secure. You should start to develop some type of plan to get your self free. Put money away, talk to relatives or your parents, etc. If he is physically or mentally abusive, contact social services in your area for any assistance.
