Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I brought my wife to court and I got child support from her 25$ a week from her and that was 8 months ago and now she is taking me to court cuz she said she don't got no Money and no job this was a two party agreement me and her wat might happen in this case conning up and this is from ny state

$25 month is the minimum amount of support, even with no income. It should not be changed.
