Child support

Hello, my parents divorced when i was 2 years old, i lived in Europe with my mother and brother. My father never passed child support to nether of us, what options or choices do we have to get that child support?, im 29 now

None.

Child support, when it's paid, isn't paid to the child, it's to the custodial parent.

In Maryland, the statute of limitations for enforcement of a child support order, assuming one in this case, is three years for each support payment claimed. Based on your age, you may not be eligible for recovery.

Unless the support has been reduced to a judgment and your mother passes away, there is no obligation to pay support directly to the child.
