Can i get divorce if i havent agree on child support? Can i get to an agreement with my husband to not put Child support and get divorce?

No. The court requires that child support be resolved in all divorces with children.

However, you can go to Family Court and file a petition for child support. Once you finish in Family Court, you can then file a divorce and refer to the Family Court Order.
