Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am getting divorced from my wife, we came to an agrement and a stipulation was signed, It stated that I receive $25,000. $12,500 I received immediately, the remainig $12,500 I would receive when I vacated the marital residence. I vacated on 12/5/10. I still have not receved the other half of my money. at first she claimed I caused damage upon leaving (she claimed nearly $3000, no photos or evidennce was provided. My lawyer has done nothing for me, I keep asking has he heard any news but I keep hearing plenty of "No's" .... he seems to be doing nothing. This was a signed agreement, what other avenues can I pursue to get the rest of my money, it's ridiculous at this stage

If he has not complied with the Stipulation, you need to file an Order To Show Cause. If there is a Judgment of Divorce you can seek to hold your husband in contempt.
