Legal Question in Family Law in New York

How can a divorcee file contempt charges on a New York court on a divorce that was granted in New York when they live in Georgia but the ex stilll resides in New York? This is over $46000.00 that the ex was ordered to pay but has paid nothing on that judgement yet.
