family law

I have a order from family court that says:

Father shall provide mother with a cell #

where he can be reach for emergency before

the next visit commences. Father shall return the

child's U.S.Passport to the mother within 30 days.

Do I have the right to stop visitation since

Re: family law

No you don't. You are considered by the court to be an interested party. But you should mention this to the judge at the next hearing. Only the judge can mete out punishments. Be the mature "better" party and you will get more in the long run.

Best of luck.
