Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My grandfather passed away

My grandfather passed away recently. My grandfather named my mother the Executor on his last will testiment. Now there is a law suit going on before my grandmother passed away, should my mother need to get in contact with her siblings and do her siblings have the right to contest my grandfather last will testiment?

Yes. Your mother should speak with an attorney immediately.

Re: My grandfather passed away

Very confusing question. What is the lawsuit? Is it affecting the will? I need a better question to give a proper answer.

Mike.
