i HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR MY MOTHER WHO HAS ALS/DIMENTIA. i HAVE ALSO HEALTH CARE PROXY AND LIVING WILL DONE PRIOR TO MOM GETTING SICK. MY MOM'S HEALTH AIDE AND HER NURSE FILLED OUT A NEW PROXY IN 2010. I HAVE NOT SEEN IT, IS THIS VALID?
