Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am a single mother with two children.the public assistance send me to child support for one of the childrens father all they have his name and birthdate.they sent me a order to appear in court.but i dont think the sent the father a court order.can they find him through his name and birthdate.

They can locate him through many different methods. Whether they locate him or not is really none of your concern. You just need to continue to cooperate with them in order to continue to collect your public assistance.
