Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hi my wife and i co own a home.i don't want one of her friends to step on my property or enter my home because of his maijuana use and drinking.I have teenage children and i dont want any ofthat sort of thing in my house.She has admitted his marijuana use in front of allof us.She has no problem with it.I definitely do.I dont want him onmy property.

Then you simply need to not allow him on your propery. Unfortunately, your wife, as the co-owner of the house can allow him in. The best thing you can do is speak to your wife.
