Auto damage from valet parking

my car was damaged by valet parking attendant. The valet company claims they owe me nothing because I did not examine my car when we left the restaurant and picked up the car as their parking sign states.Are they right? Does that disclaimer make them not liable?

Not if they damaged it. Don't buy it. Depending on the extent of damage it may pay to hire an attorney, or at least consult with an attorney in order to assist you with a small claims case.
