Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

contracts

i did some topless photo's about 22 years ago in new york. i was tricked into signing a contract that i was not sure about. i had a lawyer send a letter to ask for a copy of that contract, but they never did send it. this was for a biker magazine, and they ran my pictures for 4 or 5 years. after i had a lawyer send them a letter, i noticed that they had quit using photo's of me. now i just recently have seen pictures of me on websites. is there anything i can do after this long??? i just can't believe this is happening, it's just not right, do i have any rights after 22 years???

Re: contracts

It really depends on what was in that contract you signed. But chances are good that they don't have the contract any more; so you now need an attorney to send letters to every website hosting company demanding that removal of the images and they might be able to sue the websites and even the biker magazine for you. These are the possibilities.
