Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York
My father leased a car in his name for my use and have been paying each monthly payment on time. My father has now taken the car back. Can he do that? And if so, can I get the money back that has been paid for the lease?

You need to sue him for unjust enrichment. You can't get the car back but you can get back the money,
