I think i saw on their website that i can sue up to 5000. If i cannot sue in small claims where do I? if i have to go to civil court i believe i will need an attorney, are there attorneys specializing in smaller claims? and that the fee wont eat up the claim?

SC is up to $5,000. You must go to Civil Court. If you cannot represent yourself, you will need counsel. Your claim may permit an award of attorney fees. Good luck.
