Poland Spring Delivered Sealed Bottle with Trash Inside
I received my home delivery of a 3 gallon poland spring bottle on 4/7/04 with an icy wrapper inside the sealed bottle. Can I request all money back from past purchases to my home since it's obvious something is wrong with their quality control? I closed the account. They picked up everything but were desperate to find the bottle with trash inside. I said I took it to the FDA. I did call the FDA and I also sent an email complaint to the Dept. of Health. I still have the unopened bottle and I refuse to let them have it. They said it's their property. Please advise me as what to do.

because the bottle was not opened and there are apparently no damages you can negotiate with them for return of the bottle.
