My daughters friend was on parole

At my sons birthday party police came in grabed and arrested him for breaking parole. That was a year 1/2 ago. He was released and broke parole again. The police came here searched my home for

a man that never lived here and said they would be back if they did not find him. What rights do I have?

Re: what rights have with police

Was there any damage to your home? Did you suffer any physical harm? Before, you can get a lawyer you need provable, quantifiable damages.

Then ask..

Did the police have a warrant?

Did you let them in? What laws have they violated?

If the answer is that you have broken property or had to seek medical treatment and the police barged into your home without a warrant or permission quickly get a lawyer cause you have 90 days to file a notice of claim.
