What are the monetary limits for the amounts in controversy for small claims court for these states - California, Arisona, New York, Nevada, and Missouri?

In California the limit is $5,000, not including interest and costs.

In New York the monetary limit is $3,000.00. The action must be commenced in the county were the defendant resides.
