Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

I sold a PC ( + Installtion + Setup + consultation ) to some one, ( Partial payment Received ) he did not like it . I replace it with , 2nd one .PC . He used it for 6 months and some one was Helping Him to go online etc and Making changes , . No Service Contract or Support was purchased .

After that , he Ask to replace it with New one . I told him , it is not my fault , there is no Service or Replace contract , and Some one else was playing around with your pc .

I told him , I can provide you 3rd pc for additional charge. He told no problem , bring the new PC and I shall pay you.

when pc was delivered & Installed / Setup , in his office and He Refused to pay.

and Told me he will send the checks of the Amount , he took my address & Info.

Weeks and Months passed. After few months , I received a call that Computer Need some Repair , when I went to his office , I asked for the Remaiing amount before I do any Repair , He Refused to pay.

And threatened to face dire consequenece. & there was Aggrevated harassment, He threathen that my brother is attorney and we shall sue you for 5 Million Dollars .

After some time , I recieved a letter from him Attorney brother, To Return the money , he paid initially . or Face problem . I did not reply .

After few months, I got a summon through supreme court , He is demanding Million dollar , for Computer Break down and false elegations , that , You have sneak into His office and Damaged hard drive and computer parts. and He lost patient informaiton ,

He actually never used it for patient , He has very little knowlege, He was using pc for Internet access .

I never went to his office , without his knowledge and it is Impossible to get to his office , without His knowledge , as there is Receptionist that open the door that goes to his office , ONLY ONE way . Totally False Accusation .

I need to answer their allegations.
