Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

In May 5 2015 , USCIS had announced immigration relief for Nepali national. I had done several research on it and prepared documents by myself. And I applied work permit under economic hardship in June 1. The documents that I submitted are

# I-765 form

# I-20 of my college

# Recommendation letter from my college to approve me off campus work for USCIS

# Personal Statements , how earthquake had effect mine economics status.

# written request for fee waiver of I-765 form

# I-94

# a copy of passport

# a copy of visa

# Supporting documents from Nepal including recommendation letter from VDC and municipality.

# 2 passport size photograph.

In June 10 lockbox of USCIS, had rejected my documents mentioning not signed fee waiver application or not proper fee waiver application, whereas I had signed and I didn't get what they are saying about fee waiver. And I didn't apply and i leave it .

In 29 June I got a email from lockbox USCIS , they told me that while reviewing the scanned documents from lockbox they mistakenly rejected my documents with no reason, so they are reprocessing my documents , they got enough proof of fee waiver so they told me they had accepted my documents and sent me a receipt notice.

In 30 June they told me that my documents had been forwarded to Vermont Service Center for further processing. They told me that within 7-10 business day, I will be receiving my i-765C receipt notice , and ask me to send my original documents with a copy of i-765C notice.

I don't know what to do because I am in the middle of transferring the college, the recommendation letter for my economics hardship was written by my previous college. And also I am planning to apply for TPS .
