If you are a US citizen and have met your boyfriend at least once in the last two years, you may be able to apply for him to come to the U.S. on a K-1 fiance visa. You will then have 90 days to get married. Otherwise, you need to decide where to get married and where he would be applying for his US immigrant visa based on your petition for him as his wife. There is quite a bit of strategy involved here depending on your individual case. Contact an immigration attorney to get full answers to your questions.

The above reply is in the nature of general information, is not legal advice and does not form a client-attorney relationship.

This may be possible, but there are many questions about your status in the US and your boyfriend's previous immigration status (if any) that have to be answered before an attorney can provide you with the information you need for your boyfriend to come here. Additionally, an attorney will need to know the reason for your boyfriend to come here. Is it just to visit or are you planning on marrying him? I recommend that you seek the advice of an immigration attorney to discuss the specific details of your case prior to filing any application on behalf of your boyfriend.
