Hello,once filled a FOIA request, how long do I have to wait to get the answer to my request? Thanks

The last FOIA request I did took a few weeks. However, it depends on where your file is located & how old it is, etc.

If you think it's been processing for too long (I'd give it 60 days), you can submit an online inquiry at uscis.gov (see: check case status) or call the 800#.
