Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Hi.

I had an H1B visa expiring 2013 Oct, but I lost my job in 2012 and then converted to b1 and that expired too. Now I am still in the US and I am getting a job offer, what should I do? I have oct 2013 - I94

Please advise.
