Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Marriage Problem
I was married about 3 years ago. I currently have 6 months old daughter. My husband who i brough him over from my country about 1 and 1/2 years ago. He just cant keep any job always makes different excuse and he quits his job. For the money wise it has been very difficult for me to survive with my child since he does not bring anything home .. I also think he always mentaly torture me by doing things i dont like and the words he use.. He has right to live in the us for 2 years due to the fact he has green card which i sponsored. I want him out of this country immediately, what do i do ??.. I need someone to give me a suggestion... How do i get him deported immediately because i do not want to live with him no more, neither i want him in this country anymore.. He faked everything from the begining which now i realize.. please help..

You can divorce him which will make it more difficult for him to stay, but not impossible.
