Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York
Hi - I am a permanent resident since April 2009. Currently planning to apply for naturalization. My only concern is that until mid 2011 I wasn't physically present the majority of the time. However, I have never been out of the country longer than 6 months. I have filed tax returns each year as well. How likely do you think it would be that this may represent a problem and my application is denied?
