hi my question is how can i bring my godmother to usa. she was takeing care of me since i was 14 and what kind of paper do i have to fill out to bring her here. thanks

Unfortunately, no. There is no immigrant visa/green card for a godmother. A US citizen can petition for parents, siblings, children and a spouse only.

She might be able to come to visit on a visitor's visa, if a visa is approved by the US consulate in her home country.
