upgrading a petition

yet my husband filed for me on march 2006 I-130 ;he was GC holder;he was naturalized on april 2007; my petition has been approved two mounth later on may 2007 but it is writhen APPROVAL NOTICE HUSBAND OR WIFE OF PERMANENT RESIDENT 203 (a) (2) (A )INA...

and that it was transfeared to NVC....what does it mean the upgrating of my application wasnt made ...the NVC doesnt consider me as immediate relative and i will stay in the waiting list for years as LPR spouse...i m really ill of this situation and need explaination from you please what should be done to make sure that the petition is considered as immediate relative petition....

This situation can definitely be fixed so that you do not have to wait for your green card for years. The fact that your husband naturalized does not automatically transfer you to the immediate relatives category.
