Do you know of any company, (Car Company, Phone Company, GPS company, Home/Business Alarm company,) that would like to take on our IP as an licensing agreement. (Patent # 7,319,378)

I'd be very surprised if you find an appropriate licensee for your patent through this forum. Patent attorneys don't usually get into finding licensing forums for the patents we license.
You need a marketing consultant to help you find an appropriate company to bring your invention to market.
