We have formed a company called Einsteins tutor Inc, an online tutoring company in all subjects. My question is: are we infringing anything by the word ''Einsteins''

If you mean Albert Einstein's successors, I doubt it. You should, however, conduct a full business name and trademark search. I can do this for you, if you wish. I offer an initial complimentary consult via phone. Should you proceed, you should file with the USPTO to protect your own mark.

Whenever you start an online business, there are several basic precautions you should take, aside from registering your mark with the USPTO.
